Creating an account on Imua is very simple, simply click Login button on top right of the navigation bar and click Sign Up and enter required details.
If you want to retrieve your Imua username you can do that by click Forgot your username? on Login page and follow the on screen instructiuons.


You must enter your registered email address to retrieve your username. An email will be sent to the registered email. If you can't find the email please check your email and mark Imua to Safe sender list.

If you haven't received an email from us there might be a problem with your email address. You can log in to your ad to check the email address you provided us with is correct.
If you want to reset your Imua password you can do that via your account. You'll see we've highlighted where to find it below.

You must enter a valid username to receive a temporary password. An email will be sent to the registered email. If you can't find the email please check your email and mark Imua to Safe sender list.

Making a request is very simple, as a client you are not required to have an account to make a booking request. However, for any client who would like to keep keep track of their booking may create as account by clicking Sign Up

To make a booking request follow the figure below.
Click on the Book Now button.

Enter details and request a booking. An email will be sent to the registered email. If you can't find the email please check your email and mark Imua to Safe sender list.

Congratulations on creating your imua account. Once your account is setup you can proceed by entering details about your page, please see figure below.
Have you just created a page but it's not appearing on any search page? Please make sure your subscription is active. If you see the following message on your page, it means you do not have an active subscription.



Please visit My Account to subscribe to a package that suits you.
Imua uses stripe as payment option. Prices vary depending on what package you would like to subscribe to.

Imua makes it easy to make a payment for Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) or Verified by Visa enabled cards.
Common reasons for not being able to edit images on imua:
  • □ Make sure your image of 2mb (megabyte or less)
  • □ If you have chosen an unsupported image type you will not be able to update or upload
  • □ Supported Image Types: png, jpg, jpeg, gif
If you are having trouble viewing your services on you page, please try delete your cache.

Usually chrome will cache all images if you have previously visited that page, once you have cleared the cache your images should be shown again.

Yes, on Imua there are no charge for blogging, we beleive blogging is an essential part of social media which allows for maximum exposure to your business.

Please make sure your instagram profile is set to public before you connect to imua with Instagram, please visit Controlling Your Visibility to read more about your Instagram visibility settings.
To display your recent instagram photos you must authorize Imua Insta Connect as an app.

Connect via Desktop


1. Please log into your Imua Account and find the Instagram connect button

2. Click Connect with Instagram, it will redirect you to Instagram login page

3. Once you are logged in, instagram will redirect you to an authorize page, click the green Authorize button to allow imua connect your instagram

4. You will be redirected back to imua Account Details page where you should see a green text "Connected Successfully" right under the instagram connect button

To confirm that you are connected with instagram to Imua, please visit My Page section in Imua account section and click View My Page

Now you should see your most recent Instagram photos at the bottom your Imua page




Connect via Mobile


1. Please log into your Imua account using a browser i.e. Chrome, Firefox, Safari or any other modern browser. On mobile devices you will be prompted to make a selection, please click a browser as follows

2. Now you will be redirected to Instagram login page, please enter your login credentials for Instagram and click Login button

3. Once you are logged in, you may be asked to Save your Instagram login info, you can click Not Now to skip this page.

4. Once you are successfully logged in, Instagram will redirect you to authorize page where you must click Authorize

5. You will be redirected back to imua Account Details page where you should see a green text "Connected Successfully" right under the instagram connect button

To confirm that you are connected with instagram to Imua, please visit My Page section in Imua account section and click View My Page

Now you should see your most recent Instagram photos at the bottom your Imua page
